1. What BoardPal is
NLE BoardPal ("BoardPal", "we") is a review platform for the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (PNLE): practice questions with rationales, mock board simulations, a study plan, flashcards, and readiness analytics. By creating an account or using the site at nleboardpal.com, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You need an account to study on BoardPal. Keep your login details to yourself — accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold. You're responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms (including account sharing or attempts to copy the question bank), and we'll tell you why if we do.
3. Free tier and paid access
The free tier includes a daily allowance of practice questions, a diagnostic exam, your first full mock board, and your performance stats. Paid access (currently "Beta access" at ₱350 for 70 days) unlocks the full question bank, all mock boards, the working study plan, flashcards, and the Vault. Prices and inclusions are shown on the Plans & Pricing page at the time you buy; paid access is for a fixed duration and doesn't auto-renew.
4. Payments
Payments are made by GCash or bank transfer and verified manually. After you upload a receipt, verification usually takes a few hours (72 hours at the very most); your access starts once it's approved. If a payment is rejected (for example, an unreadable or mismatched receipt), we'll email you what to fix. If anything about a payment goes wrong, email us — we'll sort it out with you directly. 5. No pass guarantee
BoardPal is a study aid. We work hard to keep the content accurate and exam-realistic, and the analytics honest — but no review platform can guarantee you'll pass the PNLE, and we don't. Readiness numbers (projected rating, pass outlook, tiers) are estimates from your practice data, not predictions or official scores. BoardPal is an independent product and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) or the Board of Nursing.
6. Content and fair use
The questions, rationales, situations, flashcards, cram sheets, and everything else on BoardPal are ours (or licensed to us) and are for your personal review only. Don't scrape, bulk-copy, republish, or sell any of it. Screenshotting a question to discuss with a study group is fine; rebuilding a question bank from our content is not.
7. Your data
How we collect and handle your data is covered in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep BoardPal up around the clock, but like any online service it may occasionally be down for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Features may be improved or reworked as the product grows — that's what the changelog is for. If we ever make a change that meaningfully reduces what your paid plan includes during its term, we'll make it right.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, BoardPal is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under law that can't be waived.
10. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, note it in the changelog. Continuing to use BoardPal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
