How we keep it accurate
Every question is written or checked by Byron and the BoardPal team before it goes live, tagged to the PRC Table of Specifications, and explained. Explanations are checked against sources such as DOH and WHO guidance, nursing references and Philippine law. Every question has a report button. Our team reviews each report, and every fix is listed on our public What's New page.
Who builds it
Byron Chu, RN, placed Rank 8 (Top 10) in the November 2025 PNLE and graduated BSN magna cum laude from Cebu Normal University. He has worked as an exam rationalizer for a nursing review center, helps create exams for a special nursing review program, works as a medical virtual assistant, and runs a digital marketing and systems business.
He built BoardPal as the review system he wishes he'd had: one place that plans your days, drills you with board-style questions, and tells you honestly where you stand. He shares PNLE strategy and free resources on TikTok at @loonachoo.rn.
What we believe
No review tool can promise you'll pass, and you should be wary of any that does. What works is no secret: daily active recall, spaced repetition and full-length practice under time.
