The Exam countdown on your dashboard and the countdown on your Study Schedule now change colour together as the exam gets closer: calm green while it is far off, a gold ring inside 45 days, and a coral ring with a slow, gentle pulse in the last two weeks. On exam eve and exam day it settles to steady gold. If your phone is set to reduce motion, you get the colours without the pulse.

Under every answer review (a practice set, a mock board review, the diagnostic, History and the Vault) there is now a Bookmark chip next to Add my note. Tap it on any question you want to come back to, right or wrong. Your bookmarks gather under Resources > Bookmarks (also in the Study menu), grouped by topic with the newest first; each one reopens with its case, the choices, the correct answer, the explanation and your note, and it stays until you remove it. Unlike Save to Vault, a bookmark never clears itself and works on mock board items too.

History has a Diagnostics filter. It lists every diagnostic you have completed, newest first, with a small chip under each score showing the change from the one before, so retaking the diagnostic between mock boards shows you how your score is moving.

A new Stroke card asks for the blood pressure that must be reached before the clot-busting drug is given (below 185/110), with the target for the first day after treatment in the note; the number was in a practice question but no card tested it.

A cancer card now asks for all seven CAUTION warning signs at once, exactly as the Non-Communicable Diseases cram sheet lists them, and a nursing-process card asks for the three decisions the evaluation step ends in (continue, modify or terminate the plan), as the Theoretical Foundations cram sheet teaches. Both replace cards whose blank could be read straight off the sentence.

Your study plan now revisits every topic. Until today each topic got exactly one session, so on a long timeline a day often held a single topic while the daily time you set sat mostly unused. Whenever a day has room, each topic now comes back about two weeks after its first session (one week for a focus section) as a Revisit set of fresh questions from that topic. A day with no room stays as it was, and a plan that already filled its days is unchanged.

A Focus chip on your plan lets you tell it which exam sections need more attention. A focused section gets longer sessions, comes first, and is revisited sooner. Leave it on none and your diagnostic decides, as before. Sections only, not single topics, so nothing you still need gets trimmed.
