     Writing on a cram sheet with an Apple Pencil (or a finger) on iPad could come out broken and chunky — some iPads slip stale copies of earlier pen positions into the touch stream, and the ink faithfully recorded every phantom jump. New strokes now filter those out as you write, and strokes you already saved are cleaned up automatically when they draw — nothing you wrote is lost.

     The immunization sheet's Fully Immunized Child panel is corrected. more ▾less ▴

     The Immunization, Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition cram sheet listed pentavalent and hepatitis B in the Fully Immunized Child panel as though they were separate sets of injections. Page six now explains that the three hepatitis B doses are the ones already carried inside pentavalent, that the birth dose is counted on its own, and that PCV and IPV do not enter the count at all. It also notes that the current Department of Health and World Health Organization definition counts two measles doses where older lists count one. If you had highlights on the earlier version, they are safe behind the history icon in the reader.

     A few factual slips in explanations were corrected against the sources. more ▾less ▴

     While closing the batch we also corrected a handful of factual slips in explanations, checked against the sources themselves: the tetanus toxin's site of action now matches the references, the dog-bite observation period is correctly credited to DOH guidance as fourteen days, dog-vaccination coverage is stated as seventy percent or more, and the TB screening explanations now follow the National TB Program's own rule that any cardinal sign lasting two weeks makes someone a presumptive TB case.

     The plan-dates editor no longer gets stuck when your start date has passed. more ▾less ▴

     Changing your plan's dates could leave the save button stuck if your original start date had already passed. The editor now starts from today automatically, and when your exam is too close for a full rebuild it says so plainly instead of leaving you guessing.
